Viralprototocol

Cough- Mucinex DM one pill twice a day

Nasal Congestion- nasal saline- you can use every hour if needed. It works great but is short lived (spray in vertically and horizontally) 

Sore Throat- Tylenol 2 extra strength 3 x day, honey teaspoon every 4 hours as needed 

Runny Nose- Claritin 10mg once a day, if that doesn’t work then consider Zyrtec 10mg at bedtime (stronger but can be sedating), NO BENADRYL 

Joint Aches/Muscle Aches- Tylenol 2 extra strength 3 x day

Test using combined Influenza and Covid swab.  We have medications for influenza and it's possible to prophylaxis to limit exposure for your loved ones
